"Wait Master, it might be dangerous... you go first."

: Dr. Frankenstein...
Dr. Frederick Frankenstein: "Fronkensteen."
Igor: You're putting me on.
Dr. Frederick Frankenstein: No, it's pronounced "Fronkensteen."
Igor: Do you also say "Froaderick"?
Dr. Frederick Frankenstein: No... ”Frederick."
Igor: Well, why isn't it "Froaderick Fronkensteen"?
Dr. Frederick Frankenstein: It isn't; it's "Frederick Fronkensteen."
Igor: I see.
Dr. Frederick Frankenstein: You must be Igor.
[He pronounces it ee-gor]
Igor: No, it's pronounced "eye-gor."
Dr. Frederick Frankenstein: But they told me it was "ee-gor."
Igor: Well, they were wrong then, weren't they?

Elizabeth: Oh. Where you going?... Oh, you men are all alike. Seven or eight quick ones and then you're out with the boys to boast and brag. YOU BETTER KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT. Oh... I think I love him.

Wild West

great-grandpa joe in kingman, arizona 1951 by freeparking.

The West and her majestic self...
I've walked these lands in the past, and walk them now.
There's a destiny, there's a place, a path that I must find.

It doesnt matter if I'm blind, I'll find my way.

Egyptian Splendor

I'm so jealous of this Egyptian Adventure and Time period that it physically hurts.

This was definitely a Past Life experience, hopefully a journey in the future as well.

SOS Universe!

Daily Frustration: My need and want to create something but not just anything.

I've not yet found my "Talent" and it's horribly frustrating.

<span class=

I feel trapped. Suffocating in my own skin.
Lost wandering in a Desert, with no line of Hope.
I dabble, I create, but it's never REALLY satisfying.
Whatever it may be... my capability is ready and willing to work.

I need this artery to my heart, my mind, my soul to unclog.

Morning Oddity

As I've mentioned in previous posts...
Every morning, immediately after waking, I start singing a single song that my dreamy subconscious left behind. (or humming) *Every single morning* The spectrum is endless.
This morning it was:

Uh Oh, I'm feeling an Old Country Music Morn'.

My heart. My Heart.

Happy Friday

Christopher Walken

He's so cool.

Hey Tommy

Get your Tommy.

The Whistle Stop

Ok, so I hate to use this as a reference but remember the film Fried Green Tomatoes?
Yeah, me too.
Anywho, I've expressed in a previous post one of my "Past Life" experiences:
Running a Diner in no mans land during the 50's.
Well, I also would truly-purely-fully LOVE to have a cafe in an old town next to the railroad during the 30's.
Makin' Food while Makin' small talk. Summer Days with fresh lemonade to cool you down.
flour, aprons, old register, local man guitar pickin', hound dog out front.

yep...i had this in a past life.

"I'm your huckleberry..."

Doc Holliday: Forgive me if I don't shake hands.

Doc Holliday
: What do you want Wyatt?
Wyatt Earp: Just to live a normal life.
Doc Holliday: There is no normal life, Wyatt, there's just life, ya live it.
Wyatt Earp: I don't know how.
Doc Holliday: Sure ya do, say goodbye to me, go grab that spirited actress and make her your own. Take that spirit from her and don't look back. Live every second, live right on through to the end. Live Wyatt, live for me. Wyatt, if you were ever my friend... if ya ever had even the slightest of feelin' for me, leave now, leave now... please.
Wyatt Earp: Thanks for always being there, Doc.

Oh Jeez

This popped on the radio today.
and well i'll confess... i sang along whole heartedly.
yes yes, i know.

Wake Up Call

Update: I'm crashing at my brothers house/my friends, till I find a place to live.

I can't tell you how nice it is to wake up in a house that is happy, and ready to start the day by blasting some "rockin" tunes, doin' some coffee drinking, and chattin' on the porch all before 9:30 AM.

I spent all day yesterday looking for "a room for rent"
The hunt is not going so swimmingly, it's only terrifying.

There are some really great & normal people out here. But those folks tend to have their own apartment, or have personal friends as roommates.
And I unfortunately have to be subjected to the creepy-ass people out here in Los Angeles, in order to have a roof over my head.

I'm going to let go of my fear, roll with the punches,
& not allow myself to stress out (because really what does that do? nothing.)

I only need to embrace and love every second of my life.

In The Booth

Perfect. Perfect. Perfect.

& you can quote it

"I'm always anxious thinking I'm not living my life to the fullest, y'know? Taking advantage of every possibility? Just making sure that I'm not wasting one second of the little time I have."

I'm a Hopeless Romantic

December 16

"I haven't lived. I've died a few times."

Harold: Maude.
Maude: Hmm?
Harold: Do you pray?
Maude: Pray? No. I communicate.
Harold: With God?
Maude: With *life*.

Maude: A lot of people enjoy being dead. But they are not dead, really. They're just backing away from life. *Reach* out. Take a *chance*. Get *hurt* even. But play as well as you can. Go team, go! Give me an L. Give me an I. Give me a V. Give me an E. L-I-V-E. LIVE! Otherwise, you got nothing to talk about in the locker room.

Heavy Repeat

Edwardian Badass

"Teddy Boys" as they became known, are an English youth subculture that created a distinctive style by wearing clothes inspired by the Edwardian period that the tailors of Savile Row attempted to reintroduce after world war two.

What a Face.

"It is a black "tuxado."

George: Well, that's the thing about life, is the surprises, the little things that sneak up on you and grab hold of you.

*I love this film*

Do I just love Steve Martin?

He Was a Devil of A Good Time

too cute.
