For the past week, before anything...
correction* after the coffee is brewed and classical music flipped on.
(personal oddity: Since the age of 14,
I listen only to classical music first thing in the morning.)
I've been writing those three pages.
along with reading/re-reading chapters on zazen,
followed by the movements of cross crawl.
I don't plan on quitting these new rituals anytime soon.
thank you, plume.
for the writing routine!

I used to be a zen buddhist, and I still practise zazen. So delighted to hear you're reading about it.
Classical music tends to calm me down; it's truly wonderful. Which composers do you listen to?
I knew I loved you...
Classical is the only way to begin a day.
Rachel - No matter how many years pass, I still need to freshen up! whatever it may be...meditation, yoga, tai chi, zazen etc.
I'm a steady blend of Classic and Romantic Era composers. Mozart, Chopin, Schumann, Paganini, and so on.
C - Damn straight! my ears will literally refuse anything but til mid morning! ;) XOX
