Enveloped

Tomorrow, I head back West!
(unfortunately not by rail)
My mind is swirling with thoughts,
while I slowly pare down possessions in order to zip the duffel.

Recently, it's been hard to differentiate
my heart from my head.

as my brother bluntly put it:

'you better get your head on straight so you can come out here and kick ass'

Nostalgia

gets me every time, single tear.

My love for photography
(to put it lightly)

is obsessive.

I can't live without it.

you know my obsession for Minoan Art & Greek Mythology.

Lake Effect Snow

You can't tell by the looks of this sad snap,
but we're having quite the
'Lake Effect Snow' here in the Chicago-Land.
It's coming down in violent sheets.

Silent roads, and trackless streets... a rare sight.

I'm on the set of a Frank Capra Film.

"What do you want to do for the rest of your life, lulu?"

my answer:

Morning Oddity

As I've mentioned in previous posts...
Every morning, immediately after waking, I start singing a single song that my dreamy subconscious left behind. (or humming)
*Every single morning* The spectrum is endless.
This morning it was:

I woke in the night belting out this song.
I'm a chronic Sleep-Talker, but this is new ground...

Celine: If there's any kind of magic in this world, it must be in the attempt of understanding someone, sharing something. I know, it's almost impossible to succeed, but…who cares, really? The answer must be in the attempt.

Bardo

I'm seeking something, somewhere.
It's neither here nor there.
it's been an impendent search for
Self.
Exasperation
only scrapes the surface of this
tormenting void.
